Abstract

The article is suggested the ways to minimize the risks of active and passive operations in JSC «Ukreximbank» to reduce the risk of a liquidity crisis and bank solvency.Theauthor`s attentionfocused on particular waystominimize risks,suchas: limitation and normalization, diversification, creationofreserves, securitization, transferpricing, insuranceloans, thetightening of the requirements for the provision of security.
