DIRECTIONS FOR THE STABILIZATION OF THE STATE OF FINANCIAL COMPONENT OF ECONOMIC SECURITY OF UKRAINE'S NATIONAL ECONOMY

Abstract

Author grounds that the organization of the economic security system of the entity and its effective functioning in order to secure the process of realizing the enterprise's economic interests and interests of all categories of its stakeholders related to the performance of its economic activity, is an important managerial task for modern managers.
The concept of the economic security management system is specified. Article shows, that strategic, financial and innovative management remain the priority directions in the management system for domestic enterprises. The proposals are made to avoid duplication of functions of different types of management in the process of managing the economic security of modern enterprises. The directions for the transformation of strategic, innovative and financial management tasks in the context of the economic security management system organization are determined. The tasks solved by the mentioned tools are important for the normal operation of the economic structure. However, in the economic conditions that have developed in Ukraine, the formation of a separate management direction - economic security management, the goal of which should be to ensure the realization of the economic interests of the enterprise's stakeholders at the minimum risk of loss of economic stability, is urgent and necessary.
Author proved, that all tasks concerning planning, organization, control of counteraction to threats to economic stability, financial sustainability and profitability should be solved within the framework of functioning of the system of management of economic security. A list of vectors of management actions within the framework of financial, strategic and innovative management that can be used to ensure the functioning of the economic security management system of the entity is formed.
