Abstract

The substance of concepts “document” and “document circulation” is considered in the article. Separately the nature and opportunities of electronic document circulation systems are analyzed and the concepts of electronic document are determined. The author reviewed the most common electronic document circulation systems on domestic market in terms of their division to 2 groups and functionalities they provide.
