COMPLEX METHOD OF ENTERPRISES CHANGES EFFICIENCY EVALUATION
The main objective of the article is to improve the theoretical and methodical approach to assessing the effectiveness of the enterprises mechanism of the adaptation to the changes in the external and internal environment of its functioning. Proceeding from the proposed four-way approach to the formation of a mechanism for the adaptation of the enterprise to changes, the assessment of the changes effectiveness should be carried out in four main areas: organizational and economic; technological; legal; social. An assessment should be carried out separately in the external and internal environment of the enterprise. The result of the changes effectiveness assessment should be a comprehensive indicator that will enable to formulate conclusions for the company and develop further solutions in terms of the assessment results. The calculation of the integral indicator of the changes effectiveness in the enterprise is proposed as a final indicator of the of the changes effectiveness evaluation, which includes a changes effectiveness assessment in the external and internal environment of the enterprise. This approach allows to assess the effectiveness of implementing changes in the enterprise in a complex manner, individually assessing the effectiveness of implementing changes in the external and internal environment of the enterprise. The stages of diagnosis and assessment of enterprise activity can be divided into three main blocks: preparatory, main and final. A comprehensive methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of changes in the enterprise with its detailed elaboration is proposed for assessing the effectiveness of changes in the external and internal environment of the enterprise`s operation.
