ANALYSIS OF ABROAD EMPLOYMENT AGENCIES ACTIVITY ON REGIONAL LABOR MARKET CONTEXT

Abstract

The article is dedicated to modern problems of abroad employment agencies activity on Ukrainian regional labor markets. The author focuses on a deep, detailed and objective disclosure of Ukrainian legislation that regulates labor migration activities in Ukraine, especially on legal mechanisms of the specified activities. In the article key theoretical and practical aspects of abroad employment agencies activity is analyzed. As a result of research, author makes a conclusion that the activity of employment agencies abroad nowadays is in demand among Ukrainian employees. Also in the article mentions that abroad employment agencies have shown the highest level of their activity during the last years which led to increasing number of this kind of agencies. Key role of Odessa’s and Kyiv’s regions in terms of abroad employment activity in Ukrainian regional labor markets was described. Quantitative and qualitative activity indicators of abroad employment agencies are discovered. The influence of abroad employment agencies on employee’s social guarantees compliance characterized. The majority of abroad employment agencies employ their clients to Poland. This tendency shows how the employment policy of neighbor country can make strong influence to Ukrainian regional labor markets. The author thinks that Ukrainian government should pay more attention to legal employment compliance of the people that work abroad. Also the author discovers the role of State employment service in regulation of abroad employment agencies activity on the Ukrainian regional labor markets. The author proposes the ways for the abroad employment agencies activity improvement on regional labor markets of Ukraine.
