FEATURES OF TRADING ENTERPRISES’ LOGISTIC ACTIVITIES PERFORMANCE IN THE CONDITIONS OF ELECTRONIC COMMERCE ACTIVE DEVELOPMENT

The research work indicates that the increase in the number of electronic commerce services is due to the development of information and communication technologies, the increase in the level of their accessibility and their much greater competitiveness than in traditional methods of trade. The process of electronic commerce services dissemination is facilitated by the continuous security systems development, the emergence of new ways of financial calculations, the constant improvement of payment systems, the emergence of new programs. Electronic payment, security and trust are the most important factors, the realization of which is possible only through the effective use of modern information technologies system. Of particular importance are the communicative competences of the logistics service representatives, the external image of the employees, the features of communication with the customer, the level of the service personalization and other related content.
The peculiarities of logistics activity of domestic trading enterprises in the conditions of active development of e-commerce are determined: ensuring the safety of financial calculations and transportation of goods or provision of services, the use of new ways of financial calculations and giving consumer the opportunity to choose the most appropriate from to his point of view; continuous improvement of payment systems in the conditions of emergence of new programs; optimization of distribution fee (minimum payment without loss of quality), increase of personalization and improvement of quality of consumers service by personnel; continuous improvement of information and communication competences; development of communicative competencies of logistics service representatives, improvement of employees’ external appearance, increase of trust and confidentiality of interaction with clients.
