TRANSFORMATION OF OWNERSHIP IN UKRAINE: PROBLEMS AND PRIORITIES

Abstract

The role of privatization as a factor of market reforms. The features, achievements and shortcomings of these processes in Ukraine. Based on the results formulated recommendations on priorities for the future institutional reforms. Privatization demands search of economic effectiveness through the rationalization of its structure. Investigations showed that the most optimal ownership in the current conditions of the national economy can be a joint-stock ownership.
