THEORETICAL ASPECTS OFFORMING THE CATEGORY OF «SOCIAL MOTIVATION» IN SOCIALLY ORIENTED ECONOMY
The paper is devoted to research of the main scientific views on the nature of the concept of «motivation», «socialization» and «social needs». The necessity of the formation of the category «social motivation» in socially oriented economy is substantiated. The basic social needs and their role in the motivational process are defined. The essence of the concept of «social motivation» in terms of philosophy and psychology is considered. On the basis of these views the definition of social motivation as a function of HR is formulated. The theoretical and the practical necessity of the formation mechanism of social motivation of personnel management of modern enterprises on the basis of the changes in the social, economic, and value-motivational sphere is determined.
