Abstract

The article revealed that in the process of resource use and resource-saving in the agricultural enterprises plays an important role in introduction of the newest technologies and achievements of scientific and technical progress. It is proved that innovation is a means of increasing the efficiency of production, as well as means of adaptation of the enterprise to the changes in the social, economic, ecological environment. It is substantiated that the innovation process in the agricultural production is a permanent process of transformation of some of the technical, technological, agro-chemical, biological and organizational-economic ideas and scientific variants of the decision of the certain practical tasks with the purpose of conversion of agricultural industries and enterprises to a qualitatively new level of production process. The basic ways of efficiency, stabilization and further development of the resource potential of agricultural enterprises which depends on the ability of management structures, research institutions and agricultural enterprises innovate, to preserve their personnel potential, take effective levers to motivation and efficiency of the implementation of the resource potential in General.
