FINANCIAL ASPECTS OF THE PENSION SYSTEMS REFORMATION

Abstract

The problems of formation of the pension system institute are lighted up in the article. The current state of Ukrainian pension system is analysed. The basic world tendencies of the modern pension systems, forming under the influence of demographic crisis are researched. The special attention of the article is concentrated on the experience of such countries as Poland, Chile, Germany and Great Britain. Possibilities of the foreign experience use in the process of the national pension
system reformation are proved.
