The public-private partnership as an agreement on mutual benefits

Abstract

In this article the current mechanism of interaction between the public and private sectors, as a public-private partnership (PPP). The author analyzes the main purpose of the emergence of PPP relationships, especially the interaction partners, the benefits of both ownership and performance activities.
