Abstract

The article substantiates the importance of considering the context of sustainable development on Ukraine’s path to European integration. It particularly highlights modern tools for achieving sustainability goals, including the European Green Deal, MIPs programs, the Ukraine Facility, pre-accession programs, and others. Emphasis is placed on Ukraine’s reconstruction and recovery, which require substantial financial support, underscoring the need to examine foreign experiences in financing and Ukraine’s potential to attract European investments to implement the principles and objectives of sustainable development. Simultaneously, attention is drawn to the need for the recovery processes to be based on qualitative transformations, including the exploration of potential opportunities that could attract external investors and future donor countries. The article outlines the role of updating the post-war financial policy model and its conceptual foundation.
