Risks study in the legal regulation of an enterprise’s foreign-economic activity

Abstract

The article deals with the legal regulation of foreign economic activities in Ukraine. The changes, which are concerned with the Customs Code adoption, and their influence on the activities of domestic enterprises are analyzed. The classification of the legal risks together with its sources and appearance factors are developed.
