General and special in the development of employment in the republic of belarus and Ukraine

Abstract

The scientific interpretation of employment processes in Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus has been emphasized in the article. The ways to reform employment under conditions of transition to post-industrial society have been offered. The directions of employment changes in service industries have been defined. The features of future society which overcame the disadvantages of classical capitalism have been outlined.
