Participation of banks in development of labor resource component of innovative potential

Abstract

The article studied the functional aspects of banks participation in the financial provision of the labor resource component of innovative capacity. Categories of the population have been earmarked that are of value in relation of forming an innovative capacity. Reserves of the banks have been discovered to participate in the financial provision of the labor resource component of innovative capacity at individual stages of its development.
