Health care personnel in Ukraine: aspects of modernization

Abstract

The article highlights the current problems of healthcare staffing of Ukraine and ways to overcome them and the importance of strengthening the state’s influence on this area in order to optimize the network of medical institutions, improving the quality of health services, the formation of an effective system of medical care.
