Capital Consolidation Priorities in the World Economy

Abstract

The trends pace and market structure of M&A are investigated according of their trade direction and agreement value. The main tendencies of the capital consolidation in the developed countries and peculiarities of native market of merging and acquisitions are considered. The problems of the world market M&A and Ukraine are determined, the ways of their salvation are offered.
