Theoretical foundations of the administrative-territorial unit financial potential

Abstract

The theoretical basis of the essence of the financial potential of political subdivision has been investigated in the article. The author has substantiated different scientific approaches to the interpretation of financial potential. The importance of financial potential in the formation of the financial resources of political subdivision has been proved, and the author’s definition of the main components of the financial potential of political subdivision has been defined.
