Abstract

There are researched the essence of budgeting in the current economic conditions, it is developed a scheme of drawing of prognostic financial reports, as well it is researched the essence of financial planning models in combination with methods, it is formed the industrial enterprise budget with making the operational and financial budgets based on business forecasts.
