Formation of the health care financial resources in the context of fulfilling the economic security criteria

Abstract

Domestic practice of health care financing is analysed in the context of compliance with the criteria of economic security. In the article is accented on the irrational structure of financing sources of industry, that are based on state funds. It is specified on the methodological difficulty of evaluating the scope and structure of the financial health resources due to closure information of private healthcare sector work, the spread of informal payments and the total shadowing of this economy branch.
