Peculiarities of the dividend policy formation at the enterprise

Abstract

In this article were considered the main principles of the divident policy and ways of it’s formation. We have researched a system of selection of effective divident policy and illustrated it with an example of PJSC(Publick Joint- Stock Company) Volyngolovpostach. Also were suggested the ways of increasing of the efficiency of formation and using of the divident policy.
