NETWORK ECONOMY AS A FORM OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC ORGANIZATION IN GLOBAL COORDINATES

The peculiarities of the transition from the industrial-market economy to the information-network one, as a form of socio-economic organization of activity on a global scale, have been investigated in the article. The emphasis were made on the fact that globalization, the activities of transnational corporations, the development of information and computer technologies are stimulating the accelerated formation of the network organization of society and its network economic basis in the planetary dimension. Information, knowledge and telecommunication facilities become the main resourse.
The statistical data on the index of e-commerce development in developed countries, virtualization and informatization of economic processes were presented. It was emphasized that the process of social reproduction undergoes radical transformations. Digital technologies contribute to the formation of diverse networks and actively implement into economic life. Multidimensional changes occur at the horizontal and vertical levels of socio-economic relations. Actively forms the system of management. Sectoral and territorial principles of the organization are replaced by the network one.
The essence, conditions, factors of formation of a network society and network economy as its economic basis have been reviewed. Described models of interaction in the system of management in the network economy, new tools for organizing the forms of business entities. It was characterized the main factors, which are contributing to its formation and expansion, structural components, advantages, contradictions, prospects of functioning, impact on the economy of developed and underdeveloped countries.
The conclusion were made about the necessity of forming a new technological paradigm in Ukraine on the basis of development and implementation of the latest achievements. Participation of the country in global structures should be more flexible, faster transformed, actively adapt to external factors.
