In a situation where hard competition and a high level of uncertainty are the everyday reality that forms the features of a modern financial market, the value orientations and leadership of the leader are of particular importance. Today, leadership is the modern ideal of individual behavior in politics, public life, business, and the management of financial sector organizations.
In connection with this, there was a need for an understanding of the influence of philosophical ideas and concepts on the theory and practice of leadership. Leadership in human consciousness has always been associated with overcoming instability, problems in the management of a country, people, etc. in a changing environment. Particularly important value orientations and leader settings have been acquired today, when rigid competition and high level of uncertainty have become a reality of modern life. In this context, leadership acts as the modern ideal of individual behavior, which has a powerful influence on the actions and psychology of each person. The phenomenon of leadership is complex and controversial, and for its comprehensive analysis requires the acquisition of knowledge of philosophy, anthropology, sociology, history.
In the domestic scientific literature under the notion of "leadership" understand the relationship of domination and subordination, influence and follow in the system of interpersonal relations in the group. It is indicated that the leader is the most authoritative personality, which really plays a central role in the organization of joint activity and regulation of relationships in the group.
In conclusion, it can be noted that in general, the evolution of leadership in finance in practical terms was very complicated. On the one hand, this evolution took place under the influence of the market situation, but on the other - the personality of the financier changed under the influence of the formation of a humanistic management paradigm.
In this plan, the task is to investigate the influence of humanistic management concepts on the development of professional competencies of the financial manager, which is why we plan to focus further scientific research.
