THE MECHANISM OF TARIFF REGULATION AS A FACTOR FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP IN THE WATER SUPPLY AND SEWAGE SYSTEM

Abstract

The article proves that contradiction of some legislative statements in the sphere of tariff establishment and regulation of the services of centralized water supply and sewage system is one of the major factors which slow down the process of implementation of public-private partnership into the sphere of water supply and sewage sector of economy.
