HARMONIC PATTERNS AS THE BASIS FOR THE MACROECONOMIC PROCESSES DEVELOPMENT FORECASTING

Abstract

The article includes existing definitions of the term “pattern”, the scope of their application, own formulation of definition, referring to the area of forecasting, and also review of the possibility of forecasting of macroeconomic processes using harmonic patterns. Proposed an algorithm for forecasting trends. This method tested on GDP growth in Ukraine.
