THEORETICAL APPROACHES TO DETERMINING LOCAL BUDGETS AND BUDGETS OF LOCAL GOVERNMENTS

Abstract

In the article investigates different views of scientists to the interpretation of the concept of “local budgets” and the ambiguity of the term “local government budgets”, which, in turn, affects the determination of the role of local budgets and local budgets in the fi nancial system of the state.
