Abstract

The basics of outsourcing from the perspective economic efficiency are investigated. The main forms of the Ukrainian enterprises outsourcing services are reviewed. The approaches to the classifi cation of the outsourcing risks are defined. Basic weaknesses and threats of outsourcing, the ways of outsourcing risks minimization are summarized.
