Under current digital economic transformations, approaches to forming enterprise management strategies are changing significantly. Intellectual potential determines corporate competitiveness, innovativeness, and resilience, as digital technologies transform work nature, communication, and managerial decision-making.
Digitalization provides new tools for analysis and learning, yet traditional intellectual resource management methods fail to account for modern digital dynamics. This necessitates developing new scientific approaches to transform management processes.
Consequently, searching for innovative approaches that incorporate artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud services is highly relevant. Traditional models cannot fully ensure effective functioning, requiring the integration of digital competencies into strategic management.
The purpose of this article is to substantiate and systematize innovative approaches to managing enterprise intellectual potential, considering the opportunities arising from continuous digital transformation.
The study examines these scientific approaches and develops a conceptual management model. Using the example of JSC «TRZ ‘Orion’», transformational changes in knowledge and human resources under digital technology are analyzed.
The developed tabular-graphic conceptual model explicitly reflects the structural relationships between the primary components of intellectual potential, management functions, and modern digital tools.
Managing intellectual potential under digital transformation requires transitioning from linear models to flexible, systemic-digital ones. The operational case of JSC «TRZ ‘Orion’» demonstrates the effectiveness of these digital approaches.
These results optimize the systemic management of human, organizational, and innovative capital, creating mechanisms to achieve competitiveness and sustainable development via digital technologies.
