Abstract

The article deals with possibilities of outsourcing and freelance in the enterprise. As the title implies the article describes advantages, disadvantages and risks of production models enterprise. It is specially noted statistics on the popularity of outsourcing in Ukraine. A mention should be made our own development implementation and evaluation of outsourcing in the enterprise. It is spoken in detail outsourcing of competitive advantages compared to the traditional model of production. Much attention is given to economic benefits from the use of outsourcing. The article is of great help to small businesses. The article is of interest to enterprise management staff. It gives a detailed analysis of terminology outsourcing and freelancing. Describes the differences in terminology. The difference between the terms outsourcing and freelance should be stressed. The article is based on the popular terminology database like a investopedia and businessdictionary. It is described in short enterprise areas that most need of outsourcing in the modern world. It is shown that outsourcing essential element of reducing the overall expenditure enterprise. This applies to primary production, areas of IT, accounting and services. Data are given about Great popularity outsourcing in Central Europe. It should be stressed that  the significant risks and negative aspects of outsourcing. In particular the output gap, increasing production and financial cycle, reduced quality of services, depending on the vendor and the difference of cultures.Conclusions are drawn outsourcing is a new instrument for small businesses today's Ukraine. In general, we believe outsourcing capabilities are extremely useful.
