ROLE AND PLACE OF ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT IN THE SYSTEM OF ORGANIZATIONS’ MANAGEMENT
The article summarizes the theoretical foundations of administrative management and defines the practical role and place of administrative management in the organizational management system. It is noted that the role of administrative management is constantly increasing since in new economic conditions new approaches to solving socio-economic problems and a deep understanding of the nature and forms of management used in the production and commercial activities of organizations are needed. It is emphasized that the peculiarity of administrative management methods is that they provide for a clear division of responsibilities in the apparatus of management and coordination of the work activities of organization’s personnel due to administrative influence. In general, the success of the organization depends largely on the ability of the manager to anticipate all emerging problem situations and the ability to quickly change the structure of production and management. It is noted that implementation of effective administrative management system requires some financial expenses. Based on the elaboration of the available methods of evaluating the effectiveness of administrative management in the organizational management system, the author made an attempt to summarize the existing performance indicators and systematize them, trying to use the most common ones. It is stated that every organization strives to achieve an appropriate level of economic and social efficiency from its activity and to constantly increase it, while also receiving a synergistic effect that can be obtained only if all organizational units of the organization will cooperate with each other to accomplish current tasks and achieve the main purpose of the organization – to make a profit. It is proposed to determine the synergistic effect of the implementation of the administrative management system in the organization based on the use of administrative management functions and the level of performance of the tasks. It has been found out that synergistic interaction in the organization can be achieved, first of all, if the hierarchical principles of construction of production and economic systems are eliminated, the style and methods of work of managers and the self-organization of staff are completely changed. The conclusion is made about the necessity and expediency of introducing administrative management in the management system of a modern organization, since administrative management, as a type of management which has certain advantages of both economic and social character for the sustainable development of the organization, regardless of its size, type of economic activity and ownership.
