Abstract

In economic literature, outsourcing refers to the transfer of the implementation of non-core, auxiliary functions of an external organization in order to reduce operating costs of the company. Currently outsourcing, as a strategic decision to transfer business processes to external executors, is widely used throughout the business world. With the release of ISO 9000 international standards, which contain recommendations related to outsourcing, interest in it has risen sharply today, with almost any organization that manages business outsourcing to a greater or lesser extent.

The purpose and objectives of the study are to attempt to identify the essence of the risk of outsourcing companies and to develop a mechanism for its evaluation.

According to the results of our research, we identified the risk of outsourcing companies in the economic risks, which allowed us to substantiate the main features and elements of the research object for further development of the mechanism for managing it. On this basis, the characteristic features of the risks of outsourcing activities are identified and adapted to the organization of the mechanism of risk minimization that influences the development of the theoretical coverage of the object of the study and allowed the application of the data as an applied aspect to the mechanism of organization of operations related to ensuring minimization outsourcing business risks. In addition, the work proposed the allocation of stages of risk management outsourcing companies, which allowed to form a management of the possible consequences of the implementation of management decisions that are carried out in the risk of the outsourcing company.
