Management in different stages of the life cycle of organizations

Abstract

The article discusses the concept of the companies and vertically integrated structure life cycles. Failure is defined in the direction of scientific research studies of the vertically integrated structures life cycles and determine the impact on their development stages of the individual organizations life cycles like its member as a result of the integration process. Developed a matrix combinations of organization and vertically integrated structure life cycle stages based on «artificial» model of standardized steps and model «three horizons of growth». The directions of the management governance aimed at stabilizing financial condition of the organization provided vertical integration.
