Abstract

This article investigates the integration of logistics support within the export management systems of contemporary enterprises to enhance international competitiveness. Logistics support is positioned as a critical subsystem that generates significant synergistic effects, improving operational performance and strengthening market positions in the global arena. The study utilizes a combination of logical content analysis, system analysis, and advanced modeling techniques to develop a comprehensive, multilevel integrated framework for export logistics support.
The research examines the functional dimensions of material, informational, and managerial flows, while expert assessment methods are employed to systematize logistics instruments and delineate the competencies of key actors. A primary result of the study is the development of a unified implementation model that aligns strategic, tactical, and operational decisions within a coherent management structure. This framework optimizes the management of export flows, facilitates sustainable supply chain resilience, and contributes to the improvement of transport-warehouse solutions.
The practical significance of the research lies in the development of applied tools for enhancing logistics processes and infrastructure. By linking specific logistics functions with quantitative performance indicators, the study demonstrates the tangible contribution of logistics support to decision-making quality and overall export performance. Ultimately, the proposed methodology provides a robust foundation for both theoretical advancement and practical application in global logistics management, ensuring measurable gains in enterprise competitiveness.
