In the article the principles motivating economic activity. Motivation Company including staff motivation and entrepreneurship based on the principles of the market value of the enterprise as increasing competitiveness and promoting public use opportunities. It is believed that the state encourages the development of enterprises, and therefore motivated by the desire to strengthen overcome obstacles such as market competition and public protection. Thus, there are two principles of motivation: the motivation of the enterprise as a business structure and motivation by government regulation (promotion).
