The human capital of the region: retrospective and modern economic science

Abstract

Category «capital» one of most contradictory in economic science. Development of theory of capital and accordingly change essence of category «capital» took place in accordance with terms which determined that or other historical and economic epoches. In the article conducted opening of maintenance of categories «labour force» and «labour» in certain scientific theories, and basic elements are certain concept – terminology vehicle of the probed problem.
