In the article the attention is concentrated on the problem of shortage of own ways of implementation of integration processes and their solutions, the mechanism of LBO – financing is also offered. Specifics, the main differences, variety are observed. In the article the author’s classification of stages of carrying out LBO – financing of agreements of merger of companies and corporate takeover is offered.
