Metaphysical principles of assessment of natural resources and lands of the agricultural sector

Abstract

Proved the importance of land agricultural sector as the most important component of natural resources. We analyze the availability, condition, use, storage and protection of agricultural lands sector. It is noted that the reproduction of agricultural land and other non-agricultural land agricultural sector does not ensure the preservation and improvement of the environment. The attention that the reproductive processes in agriculture, especially the use of land resources continue to be tedious, destructive. Moreover, this model dominates land use in Ukraine for a long time. The motivation of the use of agricultural land has been and remains a permanent extension of crop cultivation and livestock production. This growing imbalance between economic and ontological laws. As a result of economic interests, especially their material substance remains dominant. It is noted that the current criteria of play land resources of the agricultural sector, the dominant atrophied values affect the restoration of all natural resources, and weaken the regenerative asymilyatyvni functions: visible and invisible organic world, in fact, lead to permanent, irreversible destruction of it. The difficulty is that the current earth attitude to land agriculture, other components of nature, the environment threatens all life. It is noted that the relationship homosu and natural resources reached the point of bifurcation. It is about preserving life on earth. We study the economic model of reproduction of land resources, which are typical of the Physiocrats and materialists are reported contradictions and differences between them. We investigate the need for the introduction of product innovation for the purpose of land use and protection of agriculture, given the major characteristics and contradictions that may arise in the implementation of science and technology in agriculture. It is noted that agricultural land is organic substance of the universe, a living organism that requires an adequate attitude. It is proposed to limit the involvement of low-lands for the purpose of agricultural production. Substantiates the need for an inventory of agricultural land in order to establish an objective assessment of their quantitative and qualitative composition. Stocktaking should be carried out in the context of all political subdivisions, land, owners. We have need of conservation measures on agricultural lands, to ensure targeted use guided primarily properties fertility. It is noted that the benchmark organization, conservation, improvement of agricultural land in Ukraine should be sustainable development. The influence of land and agrarian reforms, especially privatization, agricultural land for grinding process of agricultural production. It is proposed to make a natural substance as the most significant, defining, little earthlings guided in the use of land agriculture.
