DIRECTIONS FOR DEVELOPING STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS OF AGROINDUSTRIAL COMPLEX ENTERPRISES IN UKRAINE

The article deals with the forms of strategic partnership of agroindustrial complex enterprises in Ukraine. The author reveals the goals and functions of agroindustrial formations, their ability to overcome the negative consequences of agriculture fragmentation. In particular, the functions and tasks of cooperation in associations of agroindustrial complex producers are analyzed. The possibility of establishing self-regulatory non-profit associations and national authorities in Ukraine that have a direct or indirect relation to the regulation of agricultural products markets is substantiated. The author pays particular attention to analyzing the stages of strategic goals development and transformation in terms of vertically integrated agro-industrial formations and justifies the feasibility of applying marketing approaches aimed at maximizing both the value of the company itself and the consumer value produced by their participation in the strategic management of the indicated formations.
