Abstract

The article gives the definition of the public finance of Ukraine, determines the essence and the structure of the local payments, and indicates the ways of its improving taking into account the experience of foreign countries. The attention is drawn to the new possibility of local governments to attract investments in some regions ofUkraine, which will increase payments to the relevant local budgets.
