The article presents a methodological framework for developing strategies aimed at enhancing enterprises involved in solid household waste recycling. Emphasis is placed on the importance of making balanced management decisions that align with the specific developmental needs of these enterprises, considering both internal operational assessments and external environmental influences. The quality and relevance of selected indicators crucially determine the effectiveness and accuracy of strategic outcomes, necessitating a comprehensive system that reflects the study’s objectives.
Initial indicators were carefully selected to assess enterprise functionality in solid household waste processing. To pinpoint critical indicators influencing enterprise development and elucidate external environmental factors’ impact, the study advocates for multi-factor analysis. This approach successfully identified key components of the external environment influencing enterprise dynamics, encompassing financial and economic conditions, production capacity, technical efficiency, human resources, and innovation and investment activities.
Furthermore, the study employed a positioning matrix based on 2022 data to gauge enterprises’ adaptive capacity and their responsiveness to external environmental impacts. This matrix categorizes enterprises into strategic quadrants, facilitating the identification of optimal developmental strategies tailored to each enterprise’s internal capabilities and external challenges. Notably, the majority of solid household waste processing enterprises were found in the fifth quadrant, indicating a moderate developmental zone.
In conclusion, the article underscores the significance of methodological support in shaping strategic directions for solid household waste recycling enterprises, promoting sustainable development amidst evolving environmental contexts.
