Abstract

This article examines the digitalization of corporate finance in Ukrainian enterprises amid the digital economy and rapid fintech development. Current trends in corporate finance are closely linked to implementing innovative digital tools that automate financial processes, improve resource management efficiency, and optimize financial operations. The study argues that financial technologies transform financial management approaches, corporate governance systems, and enterprise competitiveness in the digital environment. The paper analyzes current trends in the global fintech market and identifies the primary factors driving its development. The most promising areas of corporate financial digitalization include digital payment systems, financial platforms, artificial intelligence, blockchain, smart contracts, ERP systems, cloud services, and advanced analytical tools. Particular attention is paid to the digitalization of corporate finance in Ukraine. Exploring the use of financial technologies by domestic enterprises, the study identifies key areas of integration into financial management. The implementation of ERP systems, digital payment services, banking application programming interfaces (APIs), and automated analysis tools improves liquidity management, accelerates financial transactions, and minimizes error risks. Finally, the practical experience of leading Ukrainian companies in applying fintech solutions is analyzed, focusing on financial reporting automation and digital capital management. Ultimately, implementing financial technologies enhances managerial efficiency, improves decision-making quality, strengthens financial stability, and supports long-term sustainable economic development.
