The article deals with an element of modern economic cooperation as «public-private partnership.» The author focuses on the fact that public-private partnerships as a form of economic cooperation between the state and business, is an important tool to meet public needs. This is achieved through a more complete and efficient use of resources that are available to the public and private partners, which are not specifically able to meet the social needs.
