FORMATION OF THE INNOVATION MANAGEMENT MECHANISM IN THE SPHERE OF SUBSOIL USE

Abstract

The article develops a mechanism for innovative management in the field of subsoil use. It is noted that the subsoil use sector is one of the most important in the country’s economy and is currently undergoing reform due to globalization and Ukraine’s integration into the global economy. The main directions for improving management in the subsoil use sector are considered. The necessity of effective mechanisms of innovative management in the subsoil use sector is substantiated. A mechanism for innovative management in the subsoil use sector has been developed, which includes: the subject, object, goals, tasks, functions, methods, principles, approaches, tools, support, evaluation, organizational structure, and levels, taking into account the impact of external factors and the specifics of state regulation in the subsoil use sector. It is determined that innovative management in the subsoil use sector should be based on the use of a comprehensive management mechanism aimed at achieving the coordination of interests and requirements of all stakeholders in ensuring the effective use and reproduction of subsoil
