Hanna Cherin’s Correspondence as a Source for the Study of her Creative and Social Activity (According to the Documents of the Central State Archives of Foreign Ucrainica)

Abstract

The article deals with Hanna Cherin’s (USA) correspondence of the 1960s-2000s which is preserved in the Central State Archives of Foreign Ucrainica. The funds include her correspondence with famous Ukrainian public figures, as well as artists, different organisations and publishing houses of various countries. Moreover, it is emphasised that Hanna Cherin is a Ukrainian writer, poet and public figure of the USA. Therefore, Hanna Cherin’s life, public activity and works are outlined by the author of the article.
