This article describes the results of an empirical study of
the structural features of the phenomenon of self-attitude in adolescence. The qualitative and quantitative features of the structural components of the self-attitude and their interrelationships, as well as the relationship with personal characteristics in the youthful reward, are revealed and refined. Psychodiagnostic tools for studying the psychological characteristics of self-attitude in adolescence were substantiated. The definition of self-attitude in youthful reward is justified as the formation of self-consciousness, which is a complex four-component structure that manifests itself in the experience of autosympathy, self-esteem, generalized self-efficacy and global self-attitude of adolescence.
