This article deals with the acmeological competences of primary school teachers in the context of the implementation of a professional scenario. Attention is focused on the teacher’s ability to use / disseminate innovations in pedagogical science and practice. At the empirical level scripted instructions were investigated as psychological barriers to the implementation of the identified competency. The need to develop personal readiness for the changes of primary school teachers is identified, which is studied as an acmeological resource of a teacher and hence artificial formation of acmeological immunity.
