MODERN LYRIC TRAVELOGUE: THE EXOTIC MODUS

Abstract

The article reviews exotic motives in contemporary Ukrainian poetry. The pecularities of lyrical travelogue as a type of travel literature have been clarified. The features of imaginary and real trips in poetry have been highlighted. A geopoetic interpretation of poetry cycles India by Yurii Andrukhovych and The Golden Rhinoceros by Anna Yanovska have been conducted.
