The predominance of a certain type of comedy – humor, irony, sarcasm or satire – a separate idiostyle depends on a number of linguistic and extra-linguistic factors, including facility comic evaluation of individual attitude of its author and evaluation purposes. The combination of these factors determines the selection and implementation of appropriate verbal means to achieve the desired stylistic effect.
