ON THE WAY TO THE OPTIMAL LANGUAGE OF UNDERSTANDING FOR MODERN CIVILIZATIONS

Abstract

The report substantiates the urgent need to create an optimal language for fast and unambiguous understanding among all existing civilizations on the planet, as well as among artificial intelligence systems that are already starting to go beyond human control. Some elements of deep zombification of the consciousness of the world’s population by the masters of the global dollar empire, who, using the technology of animal capitalism «divide and conquer», introduced many different obstacles to easy understanding both at the level of world civilizations and between countries, peoples, nations, regions, cities, even condominiums (very difficult to create) and within families (a lot of divorces) are presented. It is proposed to finally begin the development of the Noosphere of the planet Earth, as the first president of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences Volodymyr Ivanovych Vernadskyi bequeathed to us. The Noosphere is a common civilization of all peoples of the world, where the collective mind of all mankind and the creative work of every inhabitant of the planet will stop any attempts of senseless attempts by non-humans to destroy 90% of people for their further dollar reign. The increasingly terrible manifestations of the agony of world capitalism due to the depletion of the planet’s natural resources require all civilizations and countries to start building the Noosphere together, where there will be no animal market, fake money, predatory competition, including artificial intelligence, etc. To do this, it is urgent to create and implement an optimal language of understanding (OLU) of peoples and nations, because the terrible ambiguity of the English language, which is extremely polluted in different countries, does not allow us to ensure the sustainable understanding that is so necessary now, on the threshold of the third and last world war.
