Abstract

Modern cognitive linguistics should provide optimal pragmatics of the language environment for the collaborative construction of a fundamentally new Noospheric civilization of collective intelligence and creative work, because so far humanity continues to build the Tower of Babel on the path to self-destruction. It is proposed to urgently launch a global project, preferably from the UN, to develop an optimal language of understanding (WMD) common to all people and artificial intelligence (AI). The results of our research prove the need for a much more thorough use of long-term efforts of developers of various expert systems and databases, and especially knowledge bases. The experience of developers of linguistic models using the modern capabilities of computer algorithms of neural networks has proven the powerful capabilities of this type of AI, but also indicates their significant problems due to the ambiguity, or rather simply cognitive contamination, of modern human languages transferred to computer information systems.
The article outlines a number of requirements for the cognitive quality of knowledge bases and technological elements of their creation, without which the widespread use of such text AIs will lead to the rapid emergence of huge clouds of garbage on the Internet and the impossibility of further use of even such a useful search system as Google. It also emphasizes the importance of using cognitive linguistics in applications to improve the pragmatics of our shared environment with AI through a simple and reasonable model of Nature without religious and/or philosophical fog. This forms the foundation and ideology of the future Noospheric civilization.
